Day two: 18/11/09

Yow. Yesterday's encounter with the Chinese food messed up my sleep, and gave me an upset stomach. Not what you want on the day of an important exam.

Exercise: None.

Breakfast: 2 Weetbix, skim milk, honey

Snack: rye toast with avocado

Lunch: steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrot with hummus mixed in

Snack: a ridiculous amount of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate (like, 80g of it. I would really like to stop that. I will work on it as soon as exams are over)

Dinner: Steamed Basmati rice with yellow dhal, potato, cauliflower and pea bhaji made by my mum.
Even more chocolate (a row of Club dark chocolate with almonds)

To be continued...

Day 1: 17 November 2009

Exercise: None today, I'm still on my crazy exam study schedule. While I'm on this schedule I tell myself that I have no time to exercise and I need junk food as treats. Even though it's not true. Oh well, only 3 days left until summer holidays, when I can exercise my little heart out.

Breakfast (9am): 2 Weet-bix, skim milk, spoonful of honey.

Snack (11am): Small handful of Mary's Gone Crackers (made from brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds and sesame seeds) with organic ricotta cheese.

Snack (12noon): 2 squares of Club dark chocolate with almonds.

Lunch (1:30pm): Steamed organic broccoli, cauliflower and carrot with hummus and LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds, ground). Soft-boiled egg with half a buttered rye toast. Another square of Club dark chocolate with almonds.

Snack (4:30pm): Organic banana with tahini, LSA and honey

Dinner (6:30pm): Chinese takeaway for my Dad's birthday: prawn toast, prawn crackers, stir-fried veggies, fried noodles, fried rice and prawn curry (we are a bit prawn mad over here).
Dessert: small bowl of cookies and cream ice cream

Snack (9pm): prawn cracker, 5 Mary's Gone Crackers with ricotta cheese.

Snack (11pm): 2 Weetbix, skim milk, honey
